In the small town of Gurdon, located in the southwestern corner of Arkansas, on july 19th of 1982 Big ChuK was born in the Gurdon Memorial Hospital, and given the name Bryan Rutherford. Gurdon, a town with a population of only roughly 2,000 people there was not going on. Raised in a moderatley poor household in the rural community of centerpoint, Chuk's father worked at the plywood mill and his mother was a houswife. Chuk's father played in a southern rock cover band, and his mother had a knack for singing. At a very early age he developed a intrest in music.
